  When I was looking for a car, a friend of mine highly recommended going to SB Honda because of it's exceptional Service Department - and mentioned Bonnie by name. After being introduced and a few interactions with Bonnie, I personally experienced it. She is my go to person for any car related issues. She is just amazing. She is very knowledgeable, professional and trust worthy.

  Went in for a routine service and oil change and as it can happen, a few discoveries were made on our Honda Pilot that needed immediate attention. Our service advisor, Bonnie went above and beyond to make sure we had all the necessary information to make informed decisions about service, made sure to show us visuals, helped me arrange a ride when I had missed the shuttle, and was just overall a fantastic person to work with on what could have easily been a stressful experience. At one point even spoke to the service manager Scott who was also incredibly helpful in making sure we were taken care of.
