  Went to Santa Barbara for my daughters DR appointment who is 5 who is Diabetic. Had to stop to eat since she was hungry we decided to Stop at “Los Arroyos” in Goleta. As we entered restaurant waiter looked at us bothered I asked what time do you guys open he said 11:00 am then he looked at his watch it was 11:00 am ,he said you can stay . So he made a little remark to other waiter they laughed and continued about their business. We sat down After 5 min he went to the back other waiter went to bar no other customers in restaurant?? No welcome! Chips and Salsa ? No Menu? Or “we will be with you in a minute”! My daughter had to eat so we left. Pretty dissapointed, and attitude we didn’t need.
