  Normal routine, grab a number and wait. Although I waited outside because a house full of sniffling and coughing 'customers' is not where I choose to spend my time. An hour lapses and my number is called. The door is locked, an exiting 'customer' allowed me in. The only male employee (tan skinned, black hair) told me that they were closed. After explaining 'I have a ticket', he said that didn't matter, and to leave. REALLY? ? %+#&@&$ F%&@:@? &@ C%-@&@!! #;@
  Dude is a douche.
